Coach Sandra G. Taylor “Coach T” has over 20 years of coaching experience and currently serves as Assistant Athletic Director at Bethel Christian School. She played four years of varsity softball at Bethel Christian High School (1998) and continued her softball career at Riverside City College while participating in the athletic training program (1999–2001). Coach T also worked as an Athletic Trainer for multiple Inland Empire high school football programs (1999–2020) and began supporting Athletic Directors in 2019 as Executive Assistant to Athletics before being promoted in 2023.

She has been leading BCS varsity and middle school softball programs since 2017, guiding the varsity team to the CIF-SS Softball Playoffs every year since. She also served as assistant coach for the undefeated BCS varsity girls basketball team (2021–22) and was conditioning/outfield coach for La Sierra Academy varsity baseball during its league championship seasons (2002–03).

Coach T is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology – Sports Management at California Baptist University. She and her husband, Everett, have two children attending BCS: Kalia (Class of 2024) and Emmitt (Class of 2032).
