Players of the Game: Senior Kaila Ellison & Freshman Monroe "Romi" Kamio Leads Bethel Christian to Victory

Bethel Christian secured a 20-9 win over Loma Linda Academy in just five innings, sealing the game with the mercy rule. It was a great team effort, with Kaila Ellison delivering a complete game on the mound, racking up four assists in the process. This gave Kaila Player of the Game honors.

However, the standout performance of the afternoon also belonged to freshman Monroe "Romi" Kamio, giving her the honors of Player of the Game as well. Romi was unstoppable at the plate, going 3-for-4, including two powerful doubles and a single, driving in three RBIs and scoring two runs.

Defensively, Romi dominated at first base, recording nine put-outs with the help of Kaila’s four assists and second baseman Samantha Arellano’s two assists.
