MJ Jarret Shines in Home Opener Victory Over Rubidoux High School

In a thrilling 7–6 victory over Rubidoux High School in our varsity softball home opener, sophomore Maliyah “MJ” Jarret delivered a standout performance to earn Player of the Game honors. MJ was dominant at the plate, going 3-for-4 with a single, a double, and a clutch two-run home run. She finished the game with one run scored, three RBIs, and a stolen base, consistently putting pressure on the defense.

With the game tight late, MJ took control in the circle over the final two innings. She shut the door with four strikeouts, allowing no runs and no hits to secure the 7–6 win in regulation. Her all-around performance showcased her leadership and competitive drive in a memorable season opener.

Next game is versus La Sierra High School, a home game on Tuesday, March 3rd with a 3:00 PM start.
